                                                                 Please read carefully:

 

1. PALADIN DECEPTION SERVICES will not make any false statement or create fictitious references to the following:

·         Law Enforcement Agencies.

·         Court Records.

·         Judicial Hearings or Proceedings.

·         Loan Companies/Banks.

·         Medical Institutions/Physicians/ Educational Institutions: Daycare/K-12 or University

.          FMLA

·         Federal, State, County or City Government Agency or Department.

·         Legal Matters/Attorneys.

·         Fire Departments

·         Any other circumstance that PALADIN deems inappropriate.

2.  PALADIN DECEPTION SERVICES will not offer services for any criminal intent or conduct.

3.  No promises or representation made outside of the agreement between Client and PALADIN DECEPTION SERVICES will be honored.

4. The Client assumes full responsibility for all information submitted to PALADIN DECEPTION SERVICES which are used for fictitious references, white lies or alibis.

5.  Purchased and executed services shall not be refunded.

6.  The Client agrees to provide a truthful name, postal address and telephone number to PALADIN DECEPTION SERVICES.  THE CLIENT also confirms that he/she is the authorized user of any credit card that is supplied to PALADIN DECEPTION SERVICES, and that the Client is 18 years of age or older.

7.  The Client agrees not to use the services provided by PALADIN DECEPTION SERVICES to propagate any unlawful, threatening, abusive, indecent, pornographic, profane, or otherwise objectionable manner any testimonial provided by PALADIN DECEPTION SERVICES.

8.  The Client will not use the testimonials provided by PALADIN DECEPTION SERVICES in a manner to constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any Local, State, Federal, or International Law.   

9.  The Client agrees not to hold PALADIN DECEPTION SERVICES or its employees responsible for any loss as a result of the services provided to the Client.

10.  The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PALADIN DECEPTION SERVICES and its employees of any and all legal actions, liabilities, losses, costs, expenses, attorneys’ fees, cause of actions or claims by or resulting from the Client’s use of services provided by PALADIN DECEPTION SERVICES which may damage the Client or any other parties, without limitation or exception.

11.  The Client agrees that PALADIN DECEPTION SERVICES, its officers and employees have the right to fully cooperate in any and all investigations regarding any aspect of its services, including services sold to the Client.

12.  PALADIN DECEPTION SERVICES in no event shall be held liable for any direct or non-direct damages whatsoever (including without limitation, incidental and consequential damages, lost profits, lost employment opportunity, or business interruption) from use of fictitious references, white lies, alibis provided by PALADIN DECEPTION SERVICES.

Yes, I agree to the above stated terms. My endorsement of the agreement will be affirmed by my purchasing of one of the packages set forth by Paladin Deception Services.​
